Working at Stinner

At Stinner Frameworks, we don’t just build bikes - we craft experiences, push the limits of performance, and help shape the future of American manufacturing. Joining our team means being part of a small, tight-knit crew where your work matters, your skills grow, and your contributions are visible every day.

We may be a smaller company, but we make up for it with opportunities that big brands can’t match:

  • Hands-on craftsmanship: Work with high-quality steel and titanium, shaping frames and parts with precision and care.

  • Learning and growth: Cross-train across roles, learn from skilled builders, and develop expertise in both custom and production environments.

  • Flexible, human-centered culture: Enjoy a supportive environment where we value your time, respect your skills, and celebrate achievements together.

  • Perks that matter: Employee discounts, PTO, a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA), and a team that rides and builds together.

We’re looking for people who care about the details, take pride in their work, and want to be part of a team that’s redefining what it means to make bikes in the U.S.

If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet you - submit your resume to brittany@stinnerframeworks.com.
